Kelvin Reach app for iPhone and iPad

Kelvin Reach allows healthcare practitioners to gather information from patients about their current mood and physical condition.

Although Kelvin Reach is available on the app store, it requires a clinician to send an email invite to a patient that contains an activation code. After activating Kelvin Reach, the patient is given instructions for activities they can perform. The instructions may require text responses, video or audio recordings. On completion by the patient, Kelvin Reach records the responses and uploads them to a backend platform accessible by the clinician.
